1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://thewhitedrip.ph and online booking with The White Drip Beauty Lounge (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting a booking request, visiting a lounge, or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services

We operate beauty and wellness lounges offering services that may include, depending on branch:

Service availability, pricing, and equipment vary by branch. Menus and promotions on our website are subject to change and branch confirmation.

• IV vitamin drips and booster injections.
• Korean glass-skin and other facial treatments.
• 7D HIFU, diode laser hair removal, and related aesthetic devices.
• Doctor-led procedures such as consultations, Botox, fillers, threads, and similar treatments by appointment.

3. Not emergency medical care

Our lounges are not hospitals or emergency facilities. We do not provide emergency medicine, diagnosis of acute illness, or inpatient care.

If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reaction, loss of consciousness, or any life-threatening symptoms, seek emergency care immediately (for example call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital).

4. Eligibility and your responsibilities

Before booking or receiving treatment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate name, contact, and booking information.
• Disclose allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical conditions, and medications that may affect treatment safety when asked.
• Arrive on time and follow pre- and post-treatment instructions given by staff or doctors.
• Understand that we may decline or reschedule services if we reasonably believe a treatment is unsafe or unsuitable.

5. Online booking and confirmation

Online submissions create a booking request in pending status until reviewed and confirmed by branch staff.

A booking is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation (for example by email or direct branch communication).

We may use temporary holds on time slots while a request is pending. Holds expire if not confirmed within the period shown in our system.

We may refuse or cancel bookings for operational reasons, capacity limits, incomplete information, or safety concerns.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please contact your branch directly to cancel or reschedule. We ask for at least four (4) hours’ notice before your scheduled time where possible.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated missed appointments may result in declined future bookings or fees where disclosed at the branch.

Promotional or package terms may include additional cancellation rules communicated at purchase.

7. Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on our website or menu are indicative and may change. Final amounts are confirmed at the branch before or after service, including applicable promotions, add-ons, and doctor fees.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at the lounge. We may request deposits for certain packages or doctor appointments.

8. Doctor-led treatments

Certain services are performed or supervised by licensed physicians and allied health professionals. Clinical assessment, contraindications, dosing, and outcome expectations are determined by the treating doctor within their professional judgment.

Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific aesthetic or medical outcomes. You are responsible for following aftercare instructions and attending follow-up as advised.

Prescription or regulated products, where used, are subject to applicable Philippine laws and professional standards.

9. Assumption of risk

Wellness and aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, redness, irritation, infection, allergic reaction, dizziness, vein irritation (for IV services), burns or pigment changes (for energy-based devices), and dissatisfaction with cosmetic results.

By proceeding with services after appropriate disclosure and consent at the branch, you accept these risks to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, The White Drip Beauty Lounge and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated doctors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a confirmed booking shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for that specific service, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Guest conduct

You agree to treat staff, doctors, and other guests respectfully and to follow lounge rules, mall policies, and reasonable safety instructions.

We may refuse service or remove guests who are abusive, intoxicated, non-compliant with safety requirements, or who compromise the wellbeing of others.

12. Website and intellectual property

Content on our website—including text, branding, images, and layout—is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://thewhitedrip.ph/privacy-policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where law requires explicit consent.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
